Grove Communication Therapy is a small, clinician-owned private practice with an office in the Bucktown neighborhood in Chicago. We are part of a larger therapeutic community in the area and are dedicated to radical collaboration across disciplines. We will be looking for a pediatric-focused speech-language pathologist to join the team in the spring of 2026. Our perfect candidate would be:

 

• Eager to learn and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

• Passionate about neurodiversity affirming work with children and their families

• Interested in providing speech and language therapy in a clinic setting for children from infancy through middle or high school

• Knowledgeable about DIR/Floortime or enthusiastic about learning the model

• Looking for reflective supervision and mentorship

• Dedicated to working with parents as part of the therapeutic process

• Available in the afternoons Monday through Thursday (for either part-time or full-time work)
